El Sostén Candela Gassol Figueras

Abstract català:

El sostenidor és una peça que hem normalitzat i imposat en el cos de la dona, en la majoria de casos, des de molt aviat. No obstant això, en l’actualitat, un gran percentatge de dones està replantejant el seu ús i algunes altres estan deixant de utilitzar-lo. Des de fa uns anys enrere s’ha iniciat un debat sobre si és realment beneficiós o no per al cos femení.

L’objectiu d’aquest treball de recerca és donar-li visibilitat al que realment els sostenidors li fa a el cos i fer reflexionar sobre el significat que té aquesta peça i si el nostre ús diari és convenient. La pregunta d’aquesta investigació és la següent: Per què les dones fem servir sostenidor? Al voltant d’aquesta peça i el seu ús apareixen moltes polèmiques; una cosa visible a ulls de l’ésser humà són les connotacions socials que aquesta comporta, però a més, sense restar-li importància a això anterior, aquest causa moltes dificultats a el cos que moltes desconeixen i que no es capten a simple vista.

Conferències, articles, llibres i debats ens ajudaran a respondre la pregunta d’investigació i al costat de estudis realitzats, tant socials com de salut, podrem treure una conclusió molt clara. Hi ha diverses opinions, però el que la gran majoria acaba concloent és que no es pot assegurar que el sostenidor sigui bo i necessari i fins i tot alguns directament recomanen deixar el seu ús ja que el consideren realment perjudicial.

Tenint tot això en compte, aquest treball va sobre el sostenidor, és tota una investigació que concloc en contra d’aquesta peça i amb el meu projecte he volgut mostrar un alliberament d’aquesta.

Abstract espanyol:

El sujetador es una prenda que hemos normalizado e impuesto en el cuerpo de la mujer, en la mayoría de casos, desde muy temprana edad. Sin embargo, en la actualidad, un gran porcentaje de mujeres está replanteándose su uso y algunas otras están dejando de utilizarlo. Desde hace unos años atrás se ha iniciado un debate sobre si es realmente beneficioso o no para el cuerpo femenino.

El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación es darle visibilidad a lo que realmente el sujetador le hace al cuerpo y hacer reflexionar sobre el significado que tiene esta prenda y si nuestro uso diario es conveniente. La pregunta de esta investigación es la siguiente: ¿Por qué las mujeres usamos sujetador? Alrededor de esta prenda y su uso aparecen muchas polémicas; algo visible a ojos del ser humano son las connotaciones sociales que esta trae consigo, pero además, sin restarle importancia a esto anterior, este causa muchas dificultades al cuerpo que muchas desconocen y que no se captan a simple vista.

Conferencias, artículos, libros y debates nos ayudarán a responder la pregunta de investigación y junto a estudios realizados, tanto sociales como de salud, podremos sacar una conclusión muy clara. Existen diversas opiniones, pero lo que la gran mayoría termina concluyendo es que no se puede asegurar que el sujetador sea bueno y necesario e incluso algunos directamente recomiendan dejar su uso ya que lo consideran realmente dañino.

Teniendo todo esto en cuenta, este trabajo va sobre el sujetador, es toda una investigación que concluyo en contra de esta prenda y con mi proyecto he querido mostrar una liberación de esta. 

Abstract anglés:

The bra is a garment that we have standardized and imposed on the woman’s body, in most cases, from an early age. However, now a days, a big percentage of women is rethinking its use and some others are stopping using it. In recent years a debate has started about whether it is really beneficial or not for the female body.

The objective of this research work is to give visibility to what the bra really does to the body and to make us reflect on the meaning of this garment and if our daily use is convenient. The question of this research is the following: Why do women wear bras? Many controversies appear around this garment and its use; Something visible in the eyes of the human being is the social connotations that it brings with it, but also, without diminishing the importance of this, it causes many difficulties to the body that many are unaware of and that are not captured with the naked eye.

Conferences, articles, books and debates will help us to answer the research question and together with studies carried out, both social and health, we can draw a very clear conclusion. There are different opinions, but what the vast majority end up concluding is that it cannot be guaranteed that the bra is good and necessary and some even directly recommend stopping its use since they consider it really harmful.

Taking all this into account, this work is about the bra, it is an investigation that I conclude against this garment and with my project I wanted to show a liberation of it.
